This kit contains all the elements necessary to connect the liquid outlet of your urine separator or your urine-separating toilet to the existing evacuation network of your old water toilet or WC.
Contents of your kit:
- A small siphon to prevent odors from rising from the sewer network or septic tank.
- Two connections ø 32 mm / ø 16 mm
- A urine evacuation pipe ø 16 mm (interior) with a length of 120 cm (which you can easily cut, depending on your installation)
- A PVC reducer ø 32 mm / ø 100 mm to connect to your diameter 100 drain of the old water toilet.
Less ecological than composting or reuse in the garden, draining urine into the network remains a solution for those who want to save flushing water. Ideal for ecological toilet installations in town or in homes where composting is impossible.
An easy compromise to smoothly transition to ecological toilets.
We have put together this kit to respond to users who are unable to compost dry toilet materials but who still wish to take a step towards more ecological consistency.
Indeed, by connecting your urine separator to the existing network, you will not avoid water pollution, but you will, at least, save the water necessary for the evacuation of materials.
By using our separator and this kit, your urine will go directly to the sanitation network. The fecal matter will be collected in a container that you can empty into a composter or treat with household waste, such as diapers or animal litter.
We remind you, however, that this method is not recommended, but should still be preferred to the choice of putting our droppings in the water networks.
This kit includes:
- A small siphon to prevent odors from rising from the sewer network or septic tank.
- Two ø 32 mm male / ø 16 mm fluted male fittings (to connect the siphon to the ø 16 mm pipe and the ø 16 mm pipe to the 32/100 reducer, towards the ø 100 mm outlet)
- A urine evacuation pipe with an internal ø 16 mm (external ø 20 mm) with a length of 120 cm (to be cut, according to your needs)
- A PVC reducer ø 32 mm female / ø 100 mm female to connect to your diameter 100 drain of the old water toilet.
Please note: to finalize your installation, depending on your configuration, you will certainly need to cut the drain pipe and glue the PVC elements to guarantee a good seal to the system. If you do not feel you have the necessary knowledge, call a plumbing professional
